What to expect on your first driving lesson
You are sure to be a little nervous which is natural when you learn something new your driving instructor’s aim is to make you feel relaxed and comfortable and enjoy your lessons.
Firstly your instructor will go through the controls known as the cockpit drill.
Then we move onto moving off and stopping safely and do this in a quieter location.
When you are ready you will look at left and right turns and emerges - remember we want you to progress but at your pace not ours.
